Where exactly is Amari Villa located?

Amari Villa is set on an olive-lined hillside above the village of Spartia, on Kefalonia’s southern coast. It’s a quiet, private location surrounded by fruit trees and countryside, just 800 metres from Spartia Beach and a short drive from Argostóli, the island’s capital.

How many guests can the villa accommodate?

The villa comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across five bedrooms — four doubles and one twin. It’s ideal for families, groups of friends or multi-generational gatherings.

How is the villa laid out?

Amari Villa is spread over two spacious floors.
● Ground Floor: Open-plan kitchen, dining and living area; one bedroom with adjoining bathroom and walk-in shower.
● First Floor: Four bedrooms (one en-suite) and a family bathroom. Each room has fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and balconies overlooking the sea or garden.

Does the villa have air conditioning?

Yes. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout, with individual units in each room for personalised comfort.

What amenities are included?

The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxed stay, including:
● Private infinity pool (9m × 6m)
● Modern kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker and toaster
● Indoor and outdoor dining areas (seating for 10)
● Wi-Fi, Smart TV, stereo and DVD player
● Washing machine, ironing board, safe box and private parking
● Linen, towels, hairdryers and toiletries
● Books, toys and family essentials such as a cot and high chair

Is the villa child-friendly?

Yes. Amari Villa has been designed with families in mind – safe for children, comfortable for adults, and perfect for shared living. The pool is easily visible from the main terrace, and there’s plenty of space for play both indoors and out.

Is there a private pool?

Yes. The villa has its own infinity pool with uninterrupted sea views, surrounded by olive trees and sun loungers. It’s completely private and for guest use only.

Will we need a car to get around?

We recommend hiring a car for ease and flexibility. Public transport on the island is limited, and having a car allows you to explore Kefalonia’s beaches, mountain villages and hidden tavernas at your own pace.

How far is the beach?

Spartia (Klimatsias) Beach is just 800 metres away, a short stroll or two-minute drive. Other nearby beaches — including Avithos, Pessada and Agios Thomas — are all within a 10–15 minute drive.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 4:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am. We do our best to accommodate early arrivals or late departures if availability allows.

Is housekeeping included?

Yes. The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and additional cleaning can be arranged for longer stays upon request. Fresh linen and towels are provided.

Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

Yes. Within 800 metres you’ll find local tavernas, cafés and mini-markets in Spartia Village. Larger supermarkets and a wider choice of restaurants can be found in Argostóli, about 20 minutes by car.
